In our more than 50-year history, we have been pioneers in the manufacture of washing, drying and finishing machinery, creating solutions that have revolutionised the textile market worldwide, including the invention of the Continuous Tumbler Drying system. It’s been a long road, full of great moments.
The origin of everything
Our founder Jaume Anglada Viñas’ idea would change textiles forever. It was an idea that he embodied in 1984 in the Turbang machine, which would send shock-waves throughout sector. His desire to make it accessible to everyone led him to tour Europe in his own car demonstrating his invention, closing sales and returning in person to commission the machines. This desire also led him to design and manufacture new solutions in places as far from Barcelona as Japan, where in 1986 he created our first pre-dryer to meet customer needs.
From the very beginning, the continuous drying system and the Turbang machinery aroused huge interest and admiration. Those first machines are still working today. Ours is a story of going where no-one else had been before, of perfecting a system to adapt it more and more to the specific demands of each production line, and of constantly improving performance like never before.
A long history of exclusive patents
